Background

Rochelle joined Quantum Financial Partners in July 2026, bringing more than 14 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before Quantum, she spent more than a decade with California Asset Management, where she worked closely with over 65 McDonald's owner-operators. Earlier in her career, she served as Marketing Coordinator and Corporate Secretary for Leland-West Insurance — a classic and luxury car insurance broker — where she led marketing initiatives and helped establish the firm's strong relationship with the Porsche Club of America. Rochelle earned her B.S. in Marketing from California State University.

Beyond the office

Rochelle lives in Merced, California, with her teenage daughter, Ava, working remotely between trips to visit clients.
